Sporting the influences of TLC, Brandy, Lauryn Hill, and Jill Scott, the RnB singer-songwriter Kehlani made her mark in the industry in 2015 when her mixtape "You Should Be Here" was nominated for "Best Urban Contemporary Album" in the Grammy Music Awards. Her nomination was a confident booster for the singer who was once part of a teen group named Poplyfe in 2011.

In 2017, Kehlani released her first studio album "SweetSexySavage." The album ranked 9 in Rolling Stone's Top 20 Best R&B Albums. It debuted at number three on the U.S. Billboard 200 and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The singles "Distraction" and "Gangsta" solidified Kehlani's dominance in the genre, with the latter serving as the fourth and final single from the "Suicide Squad" soundtrack. She followed the album with another successful one in 2020 with "It Was Good Until It Wasn't." The album featured guest appearances from different artists, including Tory Lanez, Jhené Aiko, James Blake, and others.

This year, the 27-year-old singer produced her third studio album, "Blue Water Road." The album has been making a buzz all over the internet as it features star-studded guest appearances and collaborations, including Blxst, Justin Bieber, Syd, Jessie Reyez, Ambré, and Thundercat. The album will be promoted further by Kehlani through a massive North American and European tour.

Featuring special guest Rico Nasty, the 43-date tour will kick off on July 30 at Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, N.C. The trek will make stops in Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, and other cities before wrapping up at the Oakland Arena in Kehlani's hometown in Oakland, California, on Friday, Sept. 30. The trek will stop at Hawaii's Waikiki Shell this October 21 to give her Hawaiian fans the best concert experience. Don't miss this opportunity to see the RnB star perform live.
