Album Release Tour 2025

The world’s best Island Reggae tunes are back for a huge tour. Following the acclaimed KOLOHE KAI’s new album “WHAT ALOHA MEANS,” the renowned Hawaiian band led by Roman De Peralta will be serving up a fantastic set of their hits, fan favorites, and new music. Sharing their signature beach Reggae vibes with new infusions of pop and R&B, their authenticity and creativity just keeps shining through. One city at a time, they’re taking the beach energy across the country. This tour’s grand finale is taking place right where they’re rooted — HAWAII.

WHAT ALOHA MEANS

The band’s latest album, “WHAT ALOHA MEANS,” proves their passion and dedication to make this genre of music reach global waters. Released last April 4th, the album has gained the attention of the public eye with critics praising their growth and newfound pop and R&B influences in the mix. With songs of heartwarming and reflective messages, fans have noted that this is truly one of their best. The spirit of aloha lives on.

Opening this new chapter with “Day by Day” featuring The Green, and its title track featuring the Kamehameha Schools Children's Chorus, their songs are full of heart — sharing the true meaning of aloha. Some of these lyrical tales have even sent people to tears.

ABOUT KOLOHE KAI’S ISLAND BREEZE

Debuting with “This Is The Life” back in 2009, the band is highly-recognized as a pioneer in the Island Reggae genre of music. Band frontman Roman De Peralta shares that “Kolohe” means “Rascal” — something his family called him back when he was a kid, and “Kai” means “ocean.” Rooted in Oahu, Hawaii, these fellas have taken the ocean by heart.

Turning down a record deal from Universal after their debut album’s success, the band is committed to making music under their own terms. Du Peralta said he just finished high school at the time and “just wanted to surf and live a simple life and not be in that industry so I rejected it.”

Today, it all paid off because the band is able to freely release music and let their creativity shine with no one holding them down.  From “Cool Down,” “Ehu Girl,” to “First True Love,” they’ve gained international acclaim with millions of streams across platforms. They also won Reggae Album of the Year at the Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards & Island Music Awards.

LIVE AT WAIKIKI SHELL

Closing off the celebratory tour right in Honolulu, Hawaii, they’re marking a huge show at the Waikiki Shell. The open-air venue brings the best beach vibes as the band heads up the stage when the sun sets. Right by the city, it makes a perfect night for the ultimate Aloha party.
